Parish Day of Caring
Each May we have a Parish Day of Caring to spruce up our grounds and facilities. Volunteers are always needed. Contact the Parish Office to volunteer.
Arts and Environment
The Art and Environment Ministry creates an atmosphere within the liturgical space that invites and inspires the people of God to full and conscious participation in the paschal mystery in keeping with the changing seasons of the liturgical year.
St. John’s Advent Giving Tree
Each Advent season Christmas Trees are set up in Church and decorated with tags that list items requested by individuals from various less fortunate organizations from our community.
Parishioners can select a tag, purchase the gift and wrap. Gifts are brougt to church and volunteers organize them for distribution. Numerous community organizations are served by this event.

Annual Fish Fry
Each Lenten season the Knights of Columbus and parishioners of St. John the Evangelist host Fish Fry Dinners for the Parish and local community. They are held each Friday of Lent except Good Friday.
